David has twenty years of technical writing experience, producing quality help systems (HTML Help, Webhelp, etc.) and user guides for a wide range of companies in a variety of industries, both in the UK and abroad.

He uses Adobe RoboHelp and FrameMaker, in which he runs training courses, and also uses Microsoft Word, Madcap Flare, Paint Shop Pro, Homesite, and more. He is gained status of both Adobe Certified Expert and Adobe Certified Instructor in RoboHelp 7.

He is married to a talented creative artist, is the proud father of two brilliant sons, and lives in the heart of England.

When he's not working, he spends his time playing golf, football, snooker, squash, and walking.
